Twitter is the first web social universe where a lot of people quickly write and share shorts news in real-time. Every user write about what he does, read and feels all day long. To organise this data flow, people use to tag their tweet with an hashtag, (This simple keyword with "#" before) which creates data flows about shared topic all over the word.

Vartag come from the need to add a new value to these hashtags and open a new playground. By transforming hashtags in variable, we can give more meanings and actions. I called it Vartag, a mix between variable and tags.
